3 months minimum

You’re committed to learning how to bake sourdough bread that is good for people and the environment.

You use only flours made out of heirloom wheat varieties (ancient varieties) that are indigenous to Belgium and Northern Europe.

All equipment is provided. You’re responsible for the inputs.

You are welcome to sell your delicious bread outside of Pachaland (we’ve already got some hip clients for you).
